1.1 We are pleased that you are visiting our website and thank you for your interest. Below, we inform you about how your personal data is processed when you use our website. Personal data refers to all information that can be used to personally identify you.

1.2 The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Humble Dreamland, the controller being the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

1.3 This website uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential content (for example, orders or inquiries addressed to the controller). You can recognize an encrypted connection by the character string "https://" and the lock symbol in your browser's address bar.

    2. COLLECTION OF DATA WHEN VISITING OUR WEBSITE
When using our website purely for informational purposes, i.e., when you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we collect only the data that your browser transmits to our server ("server log files"). When you access our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary to display the website to you:

      • The website you visited
      • The date and time of access
      • The amount of data transmitted in bytes
      • The source/reference from which you arrived at the page
      • The browser used
      • The operating system used
      • The IP address used (if applicable: in anonymized form)

Processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website. No transfer or further use of the data takes place. However, we reserve the right to retrospectively review the server log files if concrete indications suggest illegal use.

    3. COOKIES
To make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your end device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted at the end of the browser session, i.e., after you close your browser (session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and enable us and our partners (third-party cookies) to recognize your browser during your next visit (persistent cookies). When cookies are set, they collect and process certain user information such as browsing data, location data, and IP addresses. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie.

Some cookies are used to simplify the ordering process by saving settings, for example by remembering the contents of a virtual shopping cart for a subsequent visit. If personal data is processed by cookies that we set, processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of the contract or in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR to protect our legitimate interests in the best possible functionality of the website and a user-friendly and effective website design.

Under certain conditions, we may work with advertising partners who help us make our online offering more attractive to you. For this purpose, cookies from partner companies may be placed on your device during your visit to our website (third-party cookies). When we work with advertising partners, you will be informed individually and separately about the use of such cookies and the scope of the information collected in the paragraphs below.

Please note that you can configure your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and decide individually whether to accept them or to exclude their acceptance in certain cases or in general. This data is used exclusively for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or contacting you and for the associated technical administration. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If your contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your data will be deleted after your inquiry has been fully processed, provided that the circumstances indicate that the matter has been conclusively clarified and provided that no statutory retention obligations oppose this.
    2. PROCESSING OF DATA WHEN OPENING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AND FOR ORDER PROCESSING
In accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, personal data is also collected and processed when you provide it to us for the performance of a contract or when opening a customer account. 6.1 Subscription to our email newsletter
If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will send you regular information about our offers. The email address is the only mandatory field for sending the newsletter. Providing additional data is voluntary and allows us to address you personally. We use the double opt-in method to send the newsletter. This means that we will only send you the newsletter by email after you have explicitly confirmed your consent to receive it. We will send you a confirmation email in which you will be asked to click on a link to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter.

By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to use your personal data in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we store the IP address you used to subscribe, as well as the date and time of subscription, so that we can trace any misuse of your email address at a later date. The data collected when registering for the newsletter is used solely for marketing purposes via the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a message to the above-mentioned controller. After you unsubscribe, your email address will be immediately deleted from our mailing list, unless you have expressly agreed to the further use of your data or we reserve the right to further use your data in a manner that is legally permitted, about which we will inform you in this statement.

6.2 Sending the newsletter by email to existing customers

If you have provided us with your email address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to send you regular offers for products or services similar to those you have already purchased by email. We do not require your separate consent for this.

Data processing is carried out solely on the basis of our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. If you have objected to the use of your email address for this purpose, no emails will be sent. You have the right to object to the use of your email address for advertising purposes at any time, with effect for the future, by sending a message to the data controller mentioned above. The only costs you will have to pay are the transmission costs based on standard rates. Upon receipt of your objection, the use of your email address for advertising purposes will be stopped immediately.

    10) ONLINE MARKETING

    10.1 DoubleClick by Google

This website uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google, operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("DoubleClick").

DoubleClick uses cookies to display relevant ads to users, improve campaign performance reports, or prevent a user from seeing the same ad multiple times. Using a cookie ID, Google can determine which ads have been displayed in which browser and prevent them from being repeated. Data processing is based on our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

In addition, DoubleClick may use cookie IDs to record "conversions" related to advertising queries, for example if a user sees a DoubleClick ad and makes a purchase on the advertiser's website using the same browser. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain any personal information.

Thanks to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to Google's server. We have no influence on the scope and use of the data collected by Google, but you are informed as follows: by integrating DoubleClick, Google receives the information that you have visited part of our site or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google may associate this visit with your account. Even if you are not registered or logged in to Google, it is possible that Google may obtain and store your IP address.

If you do not wish to participate in this tracking process, you can disable conversion tracking cookies by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com, https://www.google.com/settings/ads. These settings will be deleted when you clear your cookies. You can also obtain information about cookies via the Digital Advertising Alliance at www.aboutads.info and adjust the settings there. Finally, you can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are stored and decide individually whether to accept them or refuse to accept cookies in certain cases or in general. Refusing cookies may limit the functionality of our website.

10.2 Use of Google AdWords conversion tracking

This website uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and, as part of Google AdWords, conversion tracking from Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). We use Google AdWords to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites using advertisements (the "Google AdWords"). We can determine the effectiveness of each advertising measure based on the data from the advertising campaigns. Our goal is to show you ads that are likely to be of interest to you, to make our website more attractive to you, and to enable fair management of advertising costs.

The conversion tracking cookie is activated when a user clicks on an AdWords advertisement served by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. These cookies typically expire after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users. If the user visits certain pages on this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the different websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers receive information about the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, no information that personally identifies users is provided.

If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can disable this Google conversion tracking cookie via your browser settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use Google AdWords on the basis of our legitimate interest in targeted advertising in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Google LLC, located in the United States, is certified for the EU-US Privacy Shield, ensuring compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.

    11) WEB ANALYSIS SERVICES Google (Universal) Analytics

    • Google Universal Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies," which are text files placed on your computer to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your shortened IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()", which ensures that the IP address is anonymized by shortening it and excludes any direct identification of the user. With this extension, your IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. In rare cases, the full IP address may be sent to a Google server in the United States and shortened there. In these exceptional cases, this processing takes place in accordance with Art. 6, paragraph 1, lit. f of the GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in statistically analyzing user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes.

Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

You can prevent cookies from being stored by changing your browser settings. However, we would like to point out that this may limit certain features of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the site (including your IP address) and its processing by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following address: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=fr

Alternatively, you can click on the following link to set an opt-out cookie that prevents Google Analytics from collecting data on this website in the future (this opt-out cookie only works in this browser and for this domain; if you delete your cookies in this browser, you will need to click on this link again): Disable Google Analytics.

Google LLC, located in the United States, is certified for the EU-US Privacy Shield, guaranteeing compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.

    12) RETARGETING/REMARKETING/RECOMMENDED ADVERTISING via Facebook Custom Audience using the Pixel process

This website uses the "Facebook Pixel" from Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Facebook"). If explicit consent is given, this allows the behavior of users to be tracked after they have seen or clicked on a Facebook ad. This process is used to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and can help optimize future advertising activities.

The data collected is anonymous to us, so we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook, which allows a connection to the user profile, and Facebook may use this data for advertising purposes in accordance with Facebook's data usage policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). You can allow Facebook and its partners to serve ads on Facebook and other sites. A cookie may also be stored on your computer for this purpose. These processing operations only take place if explicit consent has been given in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

Consent to the use of Facebook Pixel can only be given by users over the age of 13. If you are younger, we ask that you seek permission from your parents.

Facebook Inc., based in the United States, is certified for the transatlantic privacy framework "Privacy Shield," guaranteeing compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.

However, disabling all cookies may result in the inability to use certain features on our websites. You can also disable the use of cookies by third parties such as Facebook on the following Digital Advertising Alliance website: https://www.aboutads.info/choices/

    Google AdWords Remarketing

Our website uses Google AdWords Remarketing features, which allow us to display ads for this website in Google search results and on third-party websites. The provider is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). For this purpose, Google places a cookie in your device's browser, enabling interest-based advertising using a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you have visited. Data processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Additional data processing only takes place if you have given Google your consent to link your Internet and app browsing history to your Google account and to use the information in your Google account to personalize the ads you see on the web. If you are logged into Google when visiting our site, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target lists for cross-device remarketing. Your personal data may thus be temporarily associated with Google Analytics data to create targets.

You can disable the use of cookies for ad settings by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following address: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/
