Returns:
Is it possible to return my order? Yes, this is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order must contain all the appropriate parts and components, and the packaging must have arrived intact.
2. The product must have been handled normally, with no breakage due to careless handling.
3. Products for which hygiene is important must have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. The product must have been found defective immediately upon receipt.
5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
6. A return will be processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted within that time frame.
7. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through your fault.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, here are the steps to follow to initiate the return process:
- Send an email to: info@humbledreamland.com
- Make sure the email contains the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- Customer's first and last name
- Customer's address
We will then contact you to provide you with the return address. Never send the return to the sender; we will send you the correct address after your request. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product.
CANCELLATION
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a contract for purposes that are not primarily related to his commercial or professional activity:

Right of cancellation
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received or accepted the last goods.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, and a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Humble Dreamland, by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is effective when we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.
Registration for shipments in transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance.
In order to ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of your notification of withdrawal and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
